During operation, the rotation of the electric motor drives the pulley or coupling, drive shaft, and conical section to perform a periodic oscillating motion of the eccentric shaft along its axis. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, it is crushed by the mutual impact, compression, grinding, and kneading between the eccentric shaft and the grinding bowl wall. The hydraulic safety system can remove faulty components from the support sleeve and fixed cone section via hydraulic pressure in case of overload or stalling, providing excellent safety while significantly reducing maintenance and improving production efficiency.
It adopts the principle of laminated crushing, resulting in a majority of cubic-structured crushed products and reducing the amount of needle-like and flaky materials. Due to the optimized design of the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, the equipment's failure rate is reduced, significantly enhancing work efficiency. The hydraulic cone crusher utilizes a labyrinth sealing device, replacing the previously used water sealing method. This prevents dust and impurities from entering the machine, ensuring the cleanliness of the lubricating oil and extending the service life of the sliding bearings and thrust ball bearings, thereby ensuring reliable machine operation.
