With  advanced  technology,HD  series  single  cylinder  hydraulic cone crusher has several cavity types,which  meets the different  requirements of the clients.Owing  to the hydraulic technology of this series cone crusher,  overload  protection  can   be  realized,which  simplifies  the structure and lightens the weight of the crusher.All the repair and inspection work can be done from the  upper part of the cone crusher,therefore,it  is easy to  maintain this machine.

Working principle

The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher operates by utilizing an electric motor to drive a pinion gear, which in turn rotates a gear wheel. This rotation causes the connected eccentric sleeve assembly to revolve rapidly around the main shaft. The main shaft assembly (including the inner cone) then generates a slow self-rotation under the resistance of materials, creating a composite spiral motion trajectory that continuously squeezes and crushes the materials. Meanwhile, its hydraulic system automatically adjusts the discharge opening size to control particle size and lifts the moving cone to expel uncrushable objects during overload, achieving dual functions of efficient crushing and overload protection.
