Introduction to the Process of Producing Microbial Fertilizer by Disc Granulation Process
Introduction to the process of producing microbial fertilizer by disc granulation process:

1) Send the treated livestock manure (cow manure, sheep manure, chicken manure, pig manure, duck manure, etc.), appropriate amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, filler and other qualified raw materials to the raw material mixer in proportion to mix evenly.

2) Transfer to the disc equalizer and add the mixed materials to the rotating disc of the disc pelletizer through the non-intermittent rotation of the disc.

3) The processed microbial strain is drizzled on the material in the disc through the liquid component distributor of the disc granulator, so that each particle is coated with microbial strain from inside to outside; the rotating disc and the edge of the disc produce friction and centrifugal effect on the material, causing the material to produce circumferential motion, so that the powder particles rub and squeeze each other, and gradually agglomerate into balls; due to the difference in particle quality, the gravity and centrifugal effect produced Because of the difference in particle quality, the gravity and centrifugal effect is not the same, when the gravity and centrifugal effect increases enough to overcome the friction between the particles will be thrown out of the disk, the smaller particles remain in the disk to continue to agglomerate fine powder particles.

4) Conveyed to the biofertilizer dryer, the initial drying of the fertilizer is completed using the large air volume created by the fan and the low temperature treated by the jet inducer. Because of the strain, the drying temperature is strictly controlled below the temperature at which the strain survives.

5) Conveyed to the hot sieving to sort the granules, the fine granules are directly returned to the disc homogenizer as the core to continue to participate in the adhesion of granules into balls.

6) Conveyed to the secondary biofertilizer dryer, making full use of large air volume and trace heat to dry the fertilizer.

7) Conveyed to the organic fertilizer cooler to cool the fertilizer by natural cold air or forced cold air.

8) Conveyed to the finished product sifter, the large particles are crushed by the grinder and returned to the disc equalizer to continue to participate in the formation of pellets.

9) The granule surface of the biofertilizer from the dryer will lose trace amount of microbial bacteria, and the microbial strain on the granule surface will be replenished by spraying through the wrapping machine.

10) Transfer to automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging and storage.

11) Drying, cooling and workshop dust are treated by cyclone dust collector, labyrinth dust chamber and wet scrubbing at three levels and then exhausted to the standard.
