Forklift compost turner Introduction

The Forklift compost turner is suitable for the fermentation and dumping of small-scale livestock and poultry manure, sludge garbage, sugar factory filter sludge, slag cake, straw sawdust and other organic wastes. It is widely used in fermentation and dewatering operations for organic fertilizer plants ,compound fertilizers, sludge garbage plants, gardening farms, and Shuangbao mushroom plants.

Compared with traditional pile turning equipment, its advantages are:

1. Strong functionality: the forklift dumper integrates four functions of dumping, transferring, mixing and crushing;
2. Strong applicability: it can work in the open air or in the workshop;
3. Stir evenly: This machine is suitable for the process requirements of microbial aerobic fermentation materials, and can effectively mix viscous fermentation materials, microbial fermentation inoculants and straw powder;
4. Sealing of the discharge opening: Unique hydraulic design, the driver can open and close the discharge opening of the dumping hopper in the cockpit.
