Raw material pretreatment: Graphite powder undergoes pretreatment steps such as screening and impurity removal to remove large particle impurities and foreign objects, ensuring the purity and particle size uniformity of the raw material.
Extrusion granulation: Graphite powder is fed into the hopper of the roller extrusion granulator through a conveying device, and gradually forms particles under the action of the extrusion rollers. During the extrusion process, the pressure on the material gradually increases. When the distance between the two rollers is minimized, the material experiences the maximum pressure, resulting in the formation of denser particles.
Screening and grading: The extruded particles are screened by a screening machine, and those that do not meet the particle size requirements are screened out and returned to the mixing process or re extruded. Qualified particles enter the next process.
Packaging: The qualified particles obtained after screening are sent to the packaging machine for quantitative packaging through equipment such as elevators. The packaging specifications can be adjusted according to customer needs, and then stored in the warehouse or directly sent to customers.
