Organic Fertilizer Fermentation Methods, These Equipment Should be Used in This Way
There are 4 common organic fertilizer fermentation methods: trough fermentation, pallet fermentation, high-temperature closed fermenter and nano-film covered fermentation.

Tank fermentation requires the construction of above-ground or underground fermentation tanks, with rails laid on the spacing walls on both sides of the fermentation tanks, on which the tank tiller travels, while the system has a track-changing mechanism to realize the conversion between different fermentation tanks. Trough fermentation is suitable for large-scale farms because of its large single treatment capacity and high investment in facilities and equipment.

Pallet fermentation does not require the construction of a fermentation tank, and the manure is stacked into piles of a certain height and width on a hardened flat surface. The pallet turner rides on the piles, and through the rotation of drums or winches, the natural wind is fed into the piles from both sides of the piles to provide oxygen for compost fermentation. The palletized fermentation facilities have low investment, and the palletizer is available in various forms and at different prices.

High temperature closed fermentation tank type fermentation is carried out in a closed fermentation tank where temperature, ventilation and agitation can be artificially controlled, with the advantages of no odor, short fermentation cycle, less nutrient loss, etc. The single processing volume is small and suitable for poultry farms.
