I. Routine maintenance of the cooling machine:

1. Cooling unit status: Press the status key on the keyboard to confirm that no fault information is displayed. For display instructions and troubleshooting information, refer to the operation manual of the microcomputer control center.

2. Cooling Unit Leakage: Visually inspect the heat exchanger, compressor and piping for damage or leakage.

3. Operating conditions: Press the display key to read the operating pressure and temperature from the control center and check that these values are within the operating limits given in the microcomputer control center operation manual.

4. Oil level: After the compressor has been running at full load for about half an hour, check the oil level in the oil separator, which should be located between the upper and lower sight glasses of the oil separator.

5. Refrigerator charging: After the system is started or the energy level is changed, sometimes some bubbles will be seen from the liquid mirror. After a few minutes of stable operation, the bubbles will disappear and only the refrigerant liquid can be seen from the sight glass.

6. Oil heater:After the unit stops, the compressor oil heater will be turned on to prevent the refrigerant condensation from dissolving into the lubricating oil and causing damage to the compressor.

Do not cut off the power when the machine is stopped. If the main power must be cut off (for long-term maintenance or shutdown), the compressor suction, discharge and motor cooling maintenance shut-off valves should also be closed (clockwise).

II. The regular maintenance of the cooler:

1. The water filter installed on the outside of the cooling machine unit should be cleaned regularly to ensure clean water quality in the system, thus avoiding damage caused by clogging of dirty filters.

2. All safety protection devices in the cooling unit are factory-set and should not be adjusted by yourself. If the equipment is damaged due to the user's self-adjustment, the equipment manufacturer is usually not responsible.

3. The area around the cooling unit should be kept clean, dry and well ventilated. If the air-side heat exchanger can be cleaned regularly (1-2 months), it can maintain its good heat exchange effect and save energy.

4. Frequently check whether the water supply and drainage devices of the water system are working normally to avoid air entering the system resulting in reduced water circulation and difficult water circulation, which will affect the cooling effect and working reliability of the unit.

5. Frequently check whether the wiring of the power supply and electrical system of the cooling unit is firm and whether there is abnormal movement of the electrical parts. If there is any abnormality, the cooling device should be repaired and replaced immediately, and the cooling device should be grounded reliably.

6. Regularly check the working condition of each part of the unit and check whether the working pressure of the cooling unit refrigeration system is normal. Check whether there is oil in the pipe joints and air-filling valve inside the machine to ensure that there is no leakage in the cooling system of the unit.

7. After the cooling unit runs for one cycle, if the downtime is long, the water in the unit's pipeline should be emptied and the power supply should be cut off.

Before starting the machine again, water should be injected into the system, and after a comprehensive inspection of the unit, the machine should be started to warm up for more than 6 hours to confirm that everything is normal before starting.
