2, After weighing, the raw materials are transported to the mixer for strong mixing.
3, Conveyed to the drum granulator, while passing saturated steam, the material is formed into a rolling bed by the friction generated by the rotation of the drum granulator, and the extrusion pressure generated by the rolling makes the material containing liquid phase agglomerate into small particles, these small particles become the core and adhere to the surrounding powder to form qualified particles.
4, Conveyed to the rotary dryer for heat exchange with the heat from the hot air furnace.
5, Conveyed to the thermal sieving to sort the particles, the fine particles are directly returned to the rotary drum granulator as the core to continue to participate in the adhesion of particles into balls.
6, The screened semi-finished pellets are conveyed to the rotary cooler where the fertilizer is cooled by natural cold air or forced cold air. The large granules are crushed by the pulverizer and returned to the rotary drum granulator to continue to participate in pellet formation.
7, After screening, the qualified products are conveyed to the wrapping machine for film coating.
8, Conveyed to automatic packing scale for weighing, packing and storage.
9, Drying, cooling and workshop dust are discharged through cyclone dust collector, labyrinth dust chamber and wet scrubber after three-stage treatment.
